PVC homogeneous flooring rolls are durable, chemically resistant and easy to maintain, making them versatile and suitable for a wide range of areas within a plant. Common applications include production areas, assembly lines, warehouses and packaging areas. Particularly in workshops where a variety of materials and liquids may be handled and are therefore prone to staining, PVC flooring is chemically resistant and easy to clean, making it ideal for such environments.
The surface is made of polymer material and has excellent waterproof properties.
Homogeneous flooring adopts a single structure, improves the thickness of the wear-resistant layer, and adopts a reasonable friction coefficient to skillfully disperse walking pressure and shock absorption.
The homogeneous floor surface layer adopts PUR technology, which has good anti-fouling and waterproofing performance and can reduce the frequency of daily maintenance such as waxing and cleaning, and reduce the cost of regular maintenance.

Before the installation of PVC flooring will be laid flat for 1 day so that the PVC floor is fully adapted to the environment.
01. Check whether the floor is level or not. If it is not level, you need to do self-leveling.
02. Clean the floor and apply the glue. Then use the equipment to blow the floor for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive glue reaches the highest viscosity.
03. Lay the PVC floor in order, and cut off the overlapping excess.
04. Use the machine to cut the groove between the PVC flooring, so that it is easy to weld the wires into the center seam.
05. Use the machine to embed the welding wires into the groove and cut off the excess welding wires. Make the PVC flooring seamless.
Clean the floor from excess waste.
Roll with kraft paper ourside. Pallets are necessary for LCL.
